Holidermie Spa
The hotel entrusts its Spa to the French holistic brand of clean beauty Holidermie offering a new approach to beauty. using 100% recycled plastics, made in France and vegan friendly, the brand Holidermie is committed to clean beauty.
Bed and bath linen
In order to preserve the environment and to save water and energy, our guests have the option of not changing their towels daily
Sustainable diet
Chef Maxime Raab is keen to offer several vegetarian or vegan options on the Café 52 menu in order to satisfy different diets and reduce meat and fish consumption.
Environmental commitment
Responsible cuisine
Café 52 is committed to seasonal cooking with a majority of organic products. From natural wines and high environmental value champagnes to fruits and vegetables, the chef and his team select every day organic and French products, some of which are sourced through short circuits.
Ecological cleaning
Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly and respect the health of our employees. Our floors and surfaces are also cleaned in an ecological way thanks to dry steam.
Energy consumption
The hotel is equipped with low energy light bulbs and thermostats to reduce energy consumption.
Ecological dry cleaning
We collaborate with a dry cleaner who uses ecological products. The clothes are treated without solvents or chemicals.
Plastic Reduction
Teams are working to reduce their use of single-use plastic within the hotel. To this end, water bottles and water fountains have been made available to employees to limit the use of plastic bottles.
BEE HAPPY MIEL
In order to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity in Paris, we sponsor a beehive with the Bee Happy Miel association. The honey produced is served at the hotel's breakfast buffet.

Responsible BUYING
Café 52 favors French and organic products, some of which are selected in short circuits, or from fair trade.
The hygiene products and pastries not consumed are collected and redistributed by the association Les Hôtels Solidaires, to people in precarious situations.
We are proud to support the Petits Princes Organisation, which has been helping to make a sick child's dream come true every day for the past 30 years. Throughout the year, the hotel welcomes children with their families to live an unforgettable Parisian experience.
Each guest is asked to make a €1 donation to the association upon departure.
Restaurant EcoTABLES

Staff welfare
Yoga and meditation sessions offered to staff
Each month, yoga or guided meditation sessions are offered to employees in one of the hotel's suites.
Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year
Each month, department heads and management team elect an employee who has demonstrated an outstanding behaviour or action. This person is celebrated during a convivial moment where the whole team gathers. At the end of the year, the twelve employees of the month compete for the title of Employee of the Year. The winner receives a special prize.
Employee experience
After one year of seniority, all employees are offered a one-night experience including breakfast and a drink at the bar in one of the group's hotels with the person of their choice.

We are proud to be Green Key labellised. This means that our environmental considerations meets more than a hundred criterias in the sustainable hospitality management scope. These criterias are allowing us to reduce our environmental impact, and to comit ourselves in favour of the realisation of ONU sustainable development purposes.
